My husband and I went with Pompeii Wood Fired Pizza Company to cater our wedding and every aspect was so intentional and amazing! They are such kind people who are so easy to communicate with and they took care of every detail to make everything seamless!
It's my first time having Pompeii woodfired pizza at the Evergreen State Fair. Everyone was great! I ordered the Hawaiian pizza, which took about 5 minutes to cook. It was pretty good, but there are things I should point out. 1). The pizza portion is the size of a small plate for $15 each. 2).
AMAZING! All aspects. Service was fantastic, working with Dawnelle the owner was so seamless, even amid a pandemic. She came up with solutions to keep our wedding guests safe, and made the process easy for me as a bride. The pizza was AMAZING, food was served quickly and everyone enjoyed the food.
A few weekends ago, we had the delight of working with Pompeii at a client's wedding. The food was on time, hot, and most importantly DELICIOUS. The pear pizza was one of the best we have had. The team working (it was 100° out and they had a wood fire pizza stove going) were pleasant and professional.
