When you want to check if a pizza place has great pizza, you should always order a cheese pizza. This is at least my excuse to always order cheese pizza. 🤩 Anyway, I had an opportunity to try the Arcadia wood-fire Pizza when I was at a volleyball tournament in Lynwood and Arcadia had a food truck there.
Cascadia Pizza Company (onsite food truck) offers some of the best wood-fired pizza I’ve ever had. The crust is perfectly crispy with a chewy inside, and the fresh toppings create an incredible burst of flavor in every bite. The staff is friendly and the service is quick, making the overall experience fantastic.
