From the reviews
Anytime (almost) they are in town it Pizza Time. We get a pizza and cheesy breadsticks and it is plenty for two. If there is a special pizza when you visit - consider it. They've gotten me to try a couple things I wouldn't normally try and I was impressed.
Had it from the trailer at Skookum Brewery on Sunday at 2PM. Always a new special pizza available and today's was a bacon, jalapeno, tomato, onion and grilled chicken thin crust with a drizzle of ranch.
We went to this food truck today (the 4th of July) at Legion Park in Everett and it took me 2.5 hours to get my pizza. However!! The pizza was AMAZING! I really hope they learn from their mistakes today and learn how to manage their time and orders well because I would definitely order from them again at future events.
We had Smokin Dough cater a rehearsal dinner the day before our wedding. The number 1 topic of conversation that night was how good the pizza was! 5 stars for excellent food, great communication, flexibility with all sorts of requests (vegan, gluten free, etc), and an awesome vendor to work with. Thanks again Missy!
Booking Smokin Dough Wood Fired Pizza Truck for a wedding
Weddings come up for Smokin Dough Wood Fired Pizza Truck, going by their listing and hosts’ reviews, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: everyone gets hungry at once after the ceremony, then the oven settles into a steady flow of pies until the dance floor takes over. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the pizza math: caterers typically plan on roughly one 12-inch pizza for every two to three adults, and per-person packages usually already bake that in — just be honest about your headcount, including kids and vendors. Second, the serving rate: a mobile oven cooks pies a couple at a time, so ask how many ovens and cooks they bring at your guest count and how long full service takes — that's the difference between a steady buffet and a hungry line during toasts. If anyone at the table is gluten-free or vegan, say so at the first email so the right dough travels with them.

Corporate events with Smokin Dough Wood Fired Pizza Truck
Reviews and the caterer's own materials mention corporate events at Smokin Dough Wood Fired Pizza Truck — office lunches, holiday parties, launches, client appreciation days. For office events, three things are worth settling on the first call: whether they carry the liability insurance your building or venue requires (and can add it as additional insured), how they handle dietary counts — gluten-free and vegan orders multiply fast on an office RSVP — and how invoicing works if your company needs a W-9 and net-30 terms.
