Delicious pizza, cooked in a beautiful wood burning oven, right in the heart of Linden Hills. We’ve been to Rosalia many times over the last few years and I don’t think we’ve ever had a dish we didn’t love.
We went to check out the ice bar last weekend before it melted! Super cool outdoor space and fun, delicious drinks available at the ice bar. This was our first time here, and we were in heaven. The pizza was over the top delicious 😋. Our favorite, hands down, was the bianco.
Sometimes it’s the food, and sometimes it’s the people behind it. We had a really rough evening. The restaurant where we originally had reservations was running over an hour behind, and after waiting forever for dinner, we decided to take a chance and stop by Rosalia.
Super fun night out for my birthday! The service was super friendly and walked us through the menu as soon as we sat down, and also answered all of our questions. The food came out fast, and it was phenomenal.
