If you’re looking for killer, proper Italian-style pizza in Whatcom County, THIS IS IT! Let me tell you what, from one nerd to another, this guy is a NERD. Super into food science and good ingredients. Many of his staples come direct from Italy, while others are locally sourced.
We had Queens of Fire cater a staff celebration for 40 people, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Kelly and Sydney were wonderful to work with—very responsive, easy to communicate with, and helpful in planning all the event logistics.
The truck was across from the C-Shop in Birch Bay, and we thought the pizza was excellent! We got a Chicken Bacon Ranch and the Hawaiian with jalapenos- and the jalapenos were fresh! Very friendly employees. We're excited to have it again!
These guys were awesome!! We had them cater a company event and boy did they deliver. With many great options!! The staff were also fantastic and served us well. Please go check them out, one of the best spots in the area!!!
