Pizzeria Tasso serves personal-sized Neapolitan pizzas. We had the Caprese salad skewers, pepperoni and Margherita pizzas, and a cinnamon roll and apple pie pizza. I preferred the apple pie pizza over the cinnamon roll, but the table was split on their preference. Everything we ate was pretty good and tasted fresh.
Great pizza and kind servers. One in our party had previously travelled extensively in Italy and thought it was just as good (if not better) than what she’d had there. For anyone looking for a quick spot for dinner, this is it.
Pizzeria Tasso has become a regular stop for us. We’ve come here at least once a month for the last year. It’s hard to find any pizza joint in Salt Lake that comes close to the value. Great Neapolitan-style pizza, relatively fast service, and fair prices. The Holy Trinity, as I call it.
I had my first taste of Pizzeria Tasso at the Italian Festival a few years ago. I was beyond excited when they opened a physical location in Holladay. They operate as a food truck, so their hours in Holladay are limited. But the wait is worth it!
