Fire pizza was a food truck at my work today and I tried the chicken bacon Alfredo. It was by far the best pizza I’ve had in a long while. The base being a flatbread helps highlight the flavor of the toppings and sauce without being too dense or overpowering like your traditional pizza.
5 stars always looks sus but seriously trust me. Easily some of the best food I’ve ever had, especially from out of a truck. You get exactly what you pay for at this truck. The owner is a great chat and the vibe of the truck is nice and rustic. I get this stuff every time I see it. Try the brisket first.
SOOOO GOOD!!! Their flat bread pizzas are not heavy like most pizza. The flavor is great! My favorite is definitely the margarita. Great service with people you could sit and talk to for an hour while you eat. Highly recommend!
