Oskar uses high quality ingredients like fresh cut pineapple, which elevates the pizza to something almost fancy. It’s not bougie pizza, though; it’s true east coast style thin crust pie.
NY PIZZA, IT IS!!!! Wow. Finally. Some actual NY pizza in Seattle. (Said a NYer) - thin crust but not unbearably thin. Good sauce that isn’t sweet or oddly spicy. Great dough that isn’t sweet either. Good ingredients but nothing fancy that ends up costing you $35/pie. Absolutely delish!!!
The people were so friendly, and the pizza crust is thin and perfectly crispy. The special was garlic sauce, chicken, roasted garlic, and spinach- SO GOOD. Will definitely eat here again :)
Fantastic pizza at an affordable price! I got two slices on Thursday and liked it so much that I got a whole pie the next day. I will definitely be back.
