I’ve had four different pizzas here so far for takeout. I think that this place does a very good job of creating flavor profiles and running with it. For instance, the hot honey in the Parma pizza is not overdone, and complements the sort of tangy flavor of both the ham and the cheese.
The staff is great, the pizza is great tasting but maybe the burnt crust isn't for me and could be for others. The location has a nice cozy vibe to it. I completely understand thin crust brick oven pizzas but I feel it's just a bit over done. It doesn't stop me from going back in the future that's for sure.
Hi all, The Carbonara Pizza may have been one of the best pizzas I've had all year. My wife and I live 45 minutes from either of the OG Zazas, so we haven't had an opportunity to stop in, but we were happy to after hearing all the praise and positivity about their pizzas.
Been there twice. Really liked it. Perhaps the best crust I have had in the Twin cities. Accurate to the New Haven style. The Sicilian and the meatball were winners. Our group really enjoyed all their pizzas, even the Big Dilly. Ingredients are fresh and quality.
