The staff is friendly and the service is fast. I hate not giving a 5 star to this place but unfortunately our pizza was very underwhelming. I ordered the sausage/pepperoni/mushroom. The mushrooms were perfect. However, the pepperoni were tiny and sausage was minimal.
We hired Off The Grid Pizza to provide food at an open house event for over 100 people and they knocked it out of the park! Everyone was raving about the pizza, myself included - it was seriously delicious! Tarah and Jeff were great to work with, reliable, friendly, and easy-going.
We enjoyed Off the Grid at the Switchback Food Truck Park tonight. It was carefully crafted classic pizza with the right amount of originality to make it stand out.
Had a pizza there today at the Cron. Don’t worry that it’s a food truck. These folks can crank out a banger pizza that can hang with any other pizza you’ve ever had. Crust is thin and perfectly charred on the bottom. I had pepperoni and sausage. Sausage was good, pepperoni was the little cupped guys. 10/10
