We absolutely love Embers Pizza! Jamel has been bringing his wood-fired pizza van to The Tulip pub near us for a couple of years, and it’s always such a treat. The pizzas are delicious - my favourite is the goat’s cheese, spinach, red onion and olive, and we often go half-and-half with the pepperoni.
We had been looking for a catering outlet that could do what we needed for our unique event and Embers Pizzas did not disappoint from first enquiry to last pizza served. The Horse Box conversion was such a talking point with our guests and looked great in our grounds and our photographs.
The Best Pizza. We first came across Embers at the Essex foodies market, and the huge queues and always sold out pizza is a testament to the quality of these pizzas. However, we now prefer to skip the queues and order for collection on Friday or Saturday evenings at the Tulip pub in Springfield.
Embers’ wood fired pizzas are delicious! They are very accommodating for my daughter’s dairy, egg and nut allergies and she loves the vegan pizza. It’s also great being able to order in advance to guarantee they don’t run out on busy days.
