What a great place for Prineville. Nice open air food truck lot that is family friendly. Great Central location. 3 food trucks that can please about any palette. Cold beer and other drinks inside. Fenced area for younger families to relax. Ample parking on street. Great spot for lunch or dinner. Prices reasonable.
The Corral is a great little place to meet up with friends and enjoy a couple beers and a variety of food truck options. They have a little indoor bar area and a covered patio area in addition to some outside seating as well.
Went to Nomads Pizza. Turned out there are 3 food trucks here. Person operating this truck (I think Patrick?!) was very helpful, friendly & efficient. Had water as we waited for our pizza. Our 2 minute walk turned into 8 blocks so a hike from our hotel. Made it though & the pizza was very good!
I went to the Mexi Tacos food truck and brought my husband back the next day because it was soooo yummy. I ordered the quesabirrias with consomme dipping sauce, which are delicious. There's outdoor dog and kid friendly seating. There's also a tap room, an Asian food truck, and a pizza food truck.
