They cooked deliciously pizza fresh on site served hot. They even left made us extra pizzas as leftovers for the employees to take home.
We met Big Oven Pizza at the Holiday Market at Petco Park. You can definitely taste the freshness of the ingredients and the love put in every pizza cooked.
If you don't know what wood fired pizza is you'd think it's burnt. It's not Dominos pizza it's artisan pizza cooked in high temperature oven with that perfect char. We met them at the Holiday Market at Petco Park and they were a well oiled machine.
