Booking basics
Pizza caterers book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want full catering or an oven drop-off. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
(May 18th Wedding - Owls Hoot Barn): I highly recommend Victoria's Wood Fired for wedding catering! Since pizza is both of our favorite food, it seemed like a no-brainer to have it at our wedding, but our expectations were beyond exceeded by the Victoria's team!
Editing to add some context. The pizza here is the best in Bethel IMHO. The dough is crispy yet fluffy, plus the topping options are great. I love unique pairings versus just cheese or pepperoni, and they fit the bill. Plus the owner, manager and staff are very friendly, welcoming and enjoy having people come in.

My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner catered by Victoria’s. We wanted to do something a little different than a typical sit-down at a restaurant so we investigated food trucks in the Hudson Valley. When we came across Victoria’s, we were thrilled that Bruce would be willing to come all the way to Highland, NY.
Booking Victoria's Wood Fired Catering and Consulting for a wedding
Weddings come up for Victoria's Wood Fired Catering and Consulting — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: everyone gets hungry at once after the ceremony, then the oven settles into a steady flow of pies until the dance floor takes over. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the pizza math: caterers typically plan on roughly one 12-inch pizza for every two to three adults, and per-person packages usually already bake that in — just be honest about your headcount, including kids and vendors. Second, the serving rate: a mobile oven cooks pies a couple at a time, so ask how many ovens and cooks they bring at your guest count and how long full service takes — that's the difference between a steady buffet and a hungry line during toasts. If anyone at the table is gluten-free or vegan, say so at the first email so the right dough travels with them.
