First of all, if you go there, ask for Jack as your server. You won't regret it. He was awesome. We brought our puppy to their outdoor dining area and Jack brought a dog bowl of water out when he took our order. The food was amazing, the service was awesome, it was a great night of fine dining.
We came at a bad time, they were stacked with online orders and we had a wait a while for our food, BUT, the waitress was awesome and made sure we were taken care of. Their cheese sticks are amazing, you gotta order those as an appetizer. They come out warm with a little cup of marinara sauce.
Gluten Free Peeps we have a new player in town!!! I've not enjoyed pizza in years, since going gluten free. Today, that changed! The gluten free dough is amazing! Light, fluffy and flavorful. Not the dense cracker stuff we are used to! Get down to Via313 asap if you need a good gluten free pizza spot! P.S.
Our server was amazing. Give Emma a raise. She was perfect. And at some point the manager brought us some dessert and that was a highlight. Kids will talk about that for months. Food was absolutely incredible. I literally told my kids during this meal that this is my new favorite restaurant.
