Great food truck with yummy pizza and excellent service! They offered several different types of 10" (personal pan pizza for a meal or great to share as a snack) pizzas made to order. The dough is bready and somehow tastes wood-fired even though it's cooked fresh in the food truck?!
We would give Uptown Pizza 100 stars if we could! They catered our wedding, and did an excellent job feeding our guests quickly and efficiently. We got so many comments from guests about how good the food was. Alex and Dylan were responsive, flexible, and wonderful to work with.
Everytime these guys are at Brouwerij DuBois, it's fantastic. The bacon pizza w/ hot honey is slammin'. One of the best pies in W-S.
We got the margarita and the pepperoni and devoured both. So fresh, so tasty and the crust was perfect!
