Booking basics
Pizza caterers book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want full catering or an oven drop-off. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
We had Three Wheeling Pizza feed our guests at my partner’s 50th birthday party and they absolutely wowed us, and all of our guests! The pizza was incredible - that goes without saying! - and the service was just wonderful too.
The Three-Wheeling Pizza company set up stall at the Chichester International Film Festival for our annual Open Air screenings in Priory Park. (We were showing Barbie on the Friday evening, The Lego Movie & Dirty Dancing on the Saturday and Wonka and Stop Making Sense on the Sunday).
Just wow… My husband and I had the pleasure of hiring these lovely people to cater our evening wedding celebrations and to say that EVERYONE was raving about how amazing they were is the understatement of the century! Richard and Ann setup the pizza station outside our venue with no disruption to us at all.
We booked Three Wheeling Pizza as a treat for a business summer meeting. Richard and Annie provided a timely and very friendly service and the pizzas themselves were delicious. They really went above and beyond too...
Booking `Three Wheeling Pizza for a wedding
Weddings come up for `Three Wheeling Pizza — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: everyone gets hungry at once after the ceremony, then the oven settles into a steady flow of pies until the dance floor takes over. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the pizza math: caterers typically plan on roughly one 12-inch pizza for every two to three adults, and per-person packages usually already bake that in — just be honest about your headcount, including kids and vendors. Second, the serving rate: a mobile oven cooks pies a couple at a time, so ask how many ovens and cooks they bring at your guest count and how long full service takes — that's the difference between a steady buffet and a hungry line during toasts. If anyone at the table is gluten-free or vegan, say so at the first email so the right dough travels with them.
