Eric and Jasmin made us custom Hawaii 2.0 (grandpa) and prosciutto pizzas during our family trip to Disneyland. They delivered them fresh in insulated bags just in time for the kids (and I...) to have an afternoon snack at our hotel.
Phenomenal! The best word to describe how delicious the Pizza Docs pizza was. I got the opportunity to watch them prepare and bake the pizza. Eric and Jasmin are such sweet people and you can tell they have a passion for pizza. They both passed pizza master classes, which I had no idea existed. Super cool!
If you are looking for really really @great pizza, I highly recommend The Pizza Docs in Beaumont! We just left there for the first time @and I can easily say it was some of the best pizza I have had in years! Better than anything I have had here in the desert.
Finally had the opportunity to enjoy the PizzaDoc pizza. Ordering was easy, pick up was easy. Eric and Jasmin were extremely nice and communicated great. Service with a smile! The pizza tasted great. We really enjoyed the flavor. The sauce was exactly how we like it! (Low acid), and the ingredients were fresh.
