Amazing pizza truck!! The truck comes to your house prior to your event to start cooking early so when you’re ready for your guests to start eating there are plenty of hot pizzas to start with. They continue to cook for two hours and there is always plenty of pizza. They also do salad and cannolis in their package.
Jim is the most punctual, respectful, and efficient pizza truck owner. The pizza was perfect to the crisp, and the assortment was delightful. I highly recommend the Fire Pizza Company for any event in which a pizza truck is needed! Their quality is unmatched!

I cannot say enough good things about this business. My daughter got married in June and this was one of two food trucks that were hired to provide dinner to the guests. The other food truck did not end up coming!!!
