Rocky’s Brick Oven definitely rocks! The Cuban and Nashville Hot pizzas were delicious, with bold flavors that keep you from saving leftovers. The crust is perfectly crisp, the toppings are fresh and flavorful, and the smoky taste from the brick oven is unbeatable.
The Balboa pizza was excellent! So many others we’d like to try, including the dessert pizzas. Will definitely be back at Rapp brewing (usually Friday and Saturday). The pizza went really well with the beers and it had a chill vibe. I’d never seen a pizza food truck with a legit pizza oven.
These guys make spectacular pizza. They posted up at Rapp brewing so the beer was a good match, but I would follow these guys to whatever parking lot these guys post up on. They were appropriately fast and accordingly effing delicious. Seriously these guys make a great pie. Go get some.
You’ve heard of craft beer but how about craft pizza?!? Rocky’s pizza creations are not only unique but also absolutely delicious. Homemade dough and all makes for a yummy treat. If you happy to catch Rocky at the Rapp brewing location, you’ve struck gold with great food and beer!
