Listen 👏 This is the best pizza in Lexington hands down. I am OBSESSED with pizza and this is one of my all-time faves. Quality The artisanal quality and perfect selection of ingredients is apparent in every bite.
Rise Up! pizza is great - the crust is a sourdough that brings some zing to the pizza without overpowering it - to me, that's what makes this the best pizza around. It's a thinner crust, but well-balanced with the sauce and toppings. Sauce tastes fresh, not canned, and toppings are often locally sourced.
I tried this place for the first time thanks to Lexington pizza week, and I can only describe it as simply, a level above. A friendly atmosphere, local, and certainly the best pizza in Lexington.
