Booking basics
Pizza caterers book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want full catering or an oven drop-off. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.
Events they cater
“Can't wait to have him/pizzeria moto out to our next special event (wedding, grad/christmas/birthday/anniversary party or just for the heck of it).”

“We had a fantastic experience with the Pizza Moto onsite brick oven pizza catering!”
Menu add-ons they offer
“Pricing is also very fair, and included the pizzas, a salad, and we opted to add on non-alcoholic beverages for an additional fee.”
“Plus, they just kept making food until our guests were full!”

From the reviews
Jay catered a bridal shower for me this spring. There were 54 guests and the shower was at my home. Communication prior to the event was excellent. He arrived several hours before the event to fire up the pizza oven in our driveway. The set up was well organized, tidy and very professional looking.
We have had Pizzeria Moto cater 2 events for us. I can't say enough good things about our experience. The owner, Jay , was easy to work with and explained the process so well. The prices were reasonable. The best part, though, was the PIZZA. It was DELICIOUS.
We cannot say enough amazing things about Jay and Pizzeria Moto and how they made our wedding day unforgettable! Booking a caterer without doing a tasting — especially while planning from out of town — felt like a huge leap of faith.
We worked with Pizzeria Moto for our rehearsal dinner in June 2025 and highly recommend them! The booking process was smooth, and everything was communicated clearly and professionally. On the big day, Jay and his team arrived early to fire up the oven and set up a welcoming spread.
Booking Pizzeria Moto for a wedding
Weddings come up for Pizzeria Moto — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: everyone gets hungry at once after the ceremony, then the oven settles into a steady flow of pies until the dance floor takes over. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the pizza math: caterers typically plan on roughly one 12-inch pizza for every two to three adults, and per-person packages usually already bake that in — just be honest about your headcount, including kids and vendors. Second, the serving rate: a mobile oven cooks pies a couple at a time, so ask how many ovens and cooks they bring at your guest count and how long full service takes — that's the difference between a steady buffet and a hungry line during toasts. If anyone at the table is gluten-free or vegan, say so at the first email so the right dough travels with them.
