We hired James to lead a cooking class for my friend’s bachelorette party and I can’t recommend him enough! His class was super informative but still very fun. I’ve never seen anyone make fresh mozzarella before, which was such a cool experience!

Truly incredible pizza! I had them at friend’s party and had to keep going back for more slices. Super high quality ingredients, professional service, beautiful setup, and overall taste/texture. I can’t remember if I’ve ever had a better pizza but this is definitely the best I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend.
