Holy delicious. Pie Culture's pies have incredible crust and thoughtful, quality toppings. As a bonus, the toppings are plentiful without weighing down the crust. I'm literally salivating as I write this review, if that tells you anything about this pizza!
We are in the epoch of pizzaiolo. We make pilgrimages for our pizza. I do not hesitate when I say Guy could very well become the next Gabriele Bonci or Franco Pepe. He sources incredible ingredients, he prepares them carefully and the final product is transformative.
Had lunch at a pie culture pop up at BierWax in Brooklyn. The pizza was amazing, the service was fast and friendly, and the vibes were all positive! The margherita pie was everything you want in a margherita pie- it was simple but made with high quality ingredients. It was delicious.
