I want to preface this by saying I don’t care too much for pizza. I’ll eat it, but I won’t request it as a meal. Especially since the kids and everyone else could eat pizza all the time. That being said, this is the best pizza I have had in Maricopa county. Found them at an event.
They were operating outside of Roses by the Stairs. Dropped in for a beer. Just heating up the ovens and I asked how long? Said 5 minutes. I stood by my car waiting for him and he came to tell me the ovens were too hot and he burned the first version, it’ll be another five minutes.
They had a pop-up at Shop Beer last night and I had their white pizza with ricotta, Mozz, almonds and local honey, and it was amazing - they cook it well so it has some smokey flavor and I bought a side of their homemade ranch dressing for dipping the crust - amazing all the way around and great folks working the…
These guys are great. I rolled up late as they were packing up and they made me feel like I was their first customer of the day. Get the Diablo. It’s delicious.
