Nuovo Pizza is an absolute gem and easily one of the best spots around for a consistently amazing meal. From the moment you walk in, the laid-back, welcoming atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy great food.
It's criminal if Nuovo is less than 5 stars. I've reviewed hundreds of places from all over and Nuovo has the freshest, most incredible flavors of pizza. My husband and I were craving yummy pizza after our recent trip to Europe, and this place did not disappoint. We ordered the hot honey burrata and La Spetza. Both pizzas were delicious, but we both agreed that La Spetza had the slight edge. The pizza has a thin dough in the middle and thicker dough for the crust.
I recently hired Nuovo to cater a party for about 40 people, and everything was fantastic. Christian was responsive and flexible as our plans for the party shifted. Their pizzas are hands-down the best in the valley (and that’s coming from someone who lived in NYC!), and the service was top-notch.
