Novem Pizza is absolutely next level. I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the best pizza I’ve ever had. You can taste the quality from the first bite: fresh imported dough, real ingredients, amazing texture, perfect flavor, and the kind of care you just don’t get from regular pizza spots anymore.
Roy gave us a 5-star catering experience for my husband's birthday. It was somewhat short notice but he was eager to help us with the menu options and overall experience. Roy arrived on time. He had a really nice set up in our backyard and he got to work right away creating delicious artisan pizza.
Novem Pizza is hands down some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, from the sauce to the toppings, and you can truly tell the dough is freshly made with care by the owner, Rogelio. The quality and flavor are on another level.
Some of the best pizza I’ve had . They did a pop up in Glendale and I would honestly go to their store front if they had one . Would definitely want this for my party .
