Booking basics
Pizza caterers book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want full catering or an oven drop-off. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
First time eating here. The food was amazing. We went to the food truck fest at the Henry Maier Festival Park. I had emailed Nadia the owner beforehand to ask if they had any GF options since I have celiac disease.
We inquired with Nadi plates regarding our wedding catering. Although in the end we did not decide to move forward with them for outside reasons, I still wanted to leave a review as we were beyond amazed by the food and hospitality that Zach, Nadia, and their team showed us.
Nadia, Zachary and their AMAZING team catered our wedding on June 20th and it exceeded all expectations!!! I actually own a wedding venue called St James 1868 and have been so impressed with the catering Nadi Plates has done for our couples that my husband and I didn't hesitate to book with this talented crew.
My daughter’s rehearsal dinner, wedding cocktail hour and wedding reception dinner were all catered by Nadi Plates. We were very pleased with the delicious food and the professional services provided. We first met Nadia, Zach and David at Nadia’s home for a tasting about 4 weeks before the wedding.
Booking Nadi Plates for a wedding
Weddings come up for Nadi Plates — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: everyone gets hungry at once after the ceremony, then the oven settles into a steady flow of pies until the dance floor takes over. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the pizza math: caterers typically plan on roughly one 12-inch pizza for every two to three adults, and per-person packages usually already bake that in — just be honest about your headcount, including kids and vendors. Second, the serving rate: a mobile oven cooks pies a couple at a time, so ask how many ovens and cooks they bring at your guest count and how long full service takes — that's the difference between a steady buffet and a hungry line during toasts. If anyone at the table is gluten-free or vegan, say so at the first email so the right dough travels with them.
