Booking basics
Pizza caterers book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want full catering or an oven drop-off. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
The pizza was absolutely incredible. Just like eating straight from nonnas hand! Perfectly charred, reasonable amount of toppings, sauce, and cheese. Fresh quality ingredients. Pure perfection. The owner Alessandro is super friendly and fun to talk to. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had.
Had the please of DJing an event on Saturday and happy to say that I tried this pizza for the first time. It was amazing! The dough, sauce and cheese were perfect! The best I had at any event. It was cooked perfectly. Had to grab a second one on my way out.
It’s been too long since I had some real pizza and pizza from Mama Mia Pizza. While Alessandro’s business has grown over the past 4 years the top notch quality and authenticity has only improved. I love that he is always evolving his art. I ordered a Margherita and a Mortadella. So good and perfect!
I honestly can’t recommend Mamma Mia and Alessandro highly enough. The experience was just phenomenal in every way. Simply amazing. Excellent communication, punctual, and frankly the BEST pizza we’ve ever had. The passion and premium ingredients are clearly evident (that crust/sauce is just amazing).
Booking Mamma Mia Pizza for a wedding
Weddings come up for Mamma Mia Pizza, going by their listing and hosts’ reviews, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: everyone gets hungry at once after the ceremony, then the oven settles into a steady flow of pies until the dance floor takes over. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the pizza math: caterers typically plan on roughly one 12-inch pizza for every two to three adults, and per-person packages usually already bake that in — just be honest about your headcount, including kids and vendors. Second, the serving rate: a mobile oven cooks pies a couple at a time, so ask how many ovens and cooks they bring at your guest count and how long full service takes — that's the difference between a steady buffet and a hungry line during toasts. If anyone at the table is gluten-free or vegan, say so at the first email so the right dough travels with them.

Corporate events with Mamma Mia Pizza
Reviews and the caterer's own materials mention corporate events at Mamma Mia Pizza — office lunches, holiday parties, launches, client appreciation days. For office events, three things are worth settling on the first call: whether they carry the liability insurance your building or venue requires (and can add it as additional insured), how they handle dietary counts — gluten-free and vegan orders multiply fast on an office RSVP — and how invoicing works if your company needs a W-9 and net-30 terms.
