First time trying Lou Umbertos. Stopped by on a Friday afternoon around noon. Place was busy during the typical lunch rush hour. Went with the Spicy Italian pizza and thought it was great overall. Good amount of toppings, cooked well. Very good overall tasting. A little grease, but not bad. Sauce was good.
Great spot for lunch! The bread for my sandwich was flavorful and the meatballs on it were huge and plentiful. My kid loved the pizza slice and my wife said the crab stuffed mushrooms were delicious and she wants to go back for more. The staff was fast with the food and it's just a great neighborhood joint.
Excellent place food is amazing. Pizza is outstanding. I would highly recommend LOU is a great owner. Run .an amazing business.
Best pizza in RI. Super thin slices, and great sauce. It takes them a little time to make your pizza but it’s worth the wait.
