Imperfect Pies Pizza sets the bar high. We ordered the seasonal Oktoberfest pie along with the sausage and red onion, and both were remarkable. Every bite had layers of flavor — bold, balanced, and clearly built on quality ingredients. What really elevated the experience was the owner himself.
Amazing pizzas!!!! We came twice to Boerne just to try them again. Our favorite was the mushroom and the homemade sausage… delicious!!!!
A pizza is only as good as it’s crust, and despite the name, the crust at Imperfect Pies is PERFECT. The crust is packed with flavor and perfectly cooked; a thin skin of crispy surrounding a warm, rich chew with just the right amount of char here and there. This is exactly how crust should be done.
Took my son here while on a weekend trip to Boerne and we were not disappointed! Met Travis the owner, operator, and chef and he was incredibly kind, personable, and grateful for our support. The pizzas didn’t disappoint! They’re a classic thinner style pie with a great crust.
