First off - Ernie, Meryl and Co. at Hick'ry Wood Fired Pizza are awesome! We were planning our wedding for this year and wanted to throw an awesome after ceremony party.
We had the best experience working with Meryl and Ernie! They did all of our food at our wedding back in August, they catered our cocktail hour and reception dinner. We did a bit of variety for the cocktail hour and wood fired pizzas for our main meal! The food was absolutely incredible!
We have been fans of Hick’ry for several years. October 2024 my husband and I informed Meryl and Ernie that they would be serving their apple crisp at our wedding. We weren’t even engaged yet. Come October 2025 they did just that and we are so glad we chose them for our big day.
