This pizza is excellent! It was such a great addition to hanging out at Riggs! The crust is soft but sturdy. We got the truffle, veggie, margarita and chicken bacon. We enjoyed them all but the truffle was our favorite and the margarita was our least favorite. The veggie one was excellent.
Great service. The food is great and always made to order. The menu items are unique in some areas and make for a great pizza, for example I would have never thought to put honey on a pizza, but their Hot Honey is a great topping and takes this truck to a whole new level. I would chose this truck over any pizzerias.
I ordered the BBQ Chicken Ranch while at the Triptych Brewery in Savoy, IL; the pizza was done extremely quickly, and was phenomenal. The dough might have been slightly chewy for my taste, but I prefer my pizza a bit crispy to begin with.
I’ve had two different pizzas here and both were absolutely delicious! This one was the Sweet Heat and it was amazing! Highly recommend you give them a try!
