We used Fired-Up Catering recently for our wedding. Prior to, Jennine was great with communication and very helpful with suggestions on menu selection and accommodations.
We cannot say enough great things about this catering company! With less than 24 hours before our event, our original caterer canceled, and they completely saved the day. Not only did they step in on such short notice, but the wood-fired pizzas they made were absolutely incredible.
Jake and his team catered my wedding this previous Saturday. They did such an amazing job! The staff was so attentive, quick and polite. The food was beyond amazing. The pizza, dessert pizza, Stromboli, caprese tray and meatballs were all insanely delicious.
We had the Fired-Up food truck at our wedding. They were so kind to specifically my now husband and I all night. They made him and I special pizzas and checked on us throughout the night. The guests loved the pizza and at the end of the night they left a generous amount for a late night snack.
