It’s the best wood fired pizza I’ve ever had. The crust is chewy and has great flavor, the sauce is outstanding and there’s a variety of options to choose from that are all equally tasty. I’ve had this pizza at local farmers markets and breweries.
I Absolutely love firebrick bread and pizza. They always perfect the pizza and bread. I prefer getting their spinach and adding bacon. They also make bread in the winter which is also very very good. I had the privilege to work 1 summer with Stephan and his crew and had so much fun doing so.
Lucky to have seen them on my way home! I found the “Pizza” truck parked in a parking lot off S Main St, south of E 4th St. (next to Hair Designers). I know this truck is all over (different farmers markets and cities depending on day), but found out they are here in Zumbrota in this parking lot on Tuesdays from 4-8pm.
We had Firebrick Bread serve pizza at our son’s graduation party this past weekend. It was absolutely amazing, everyone was raving about how great the pizza and service was. They served a lot of people and quickly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone having any kind of gathering. Thank you so much Firebrick!!!
