Chef Brent is exceptional! His genuine care for customers and the outstanding quality of his food are evident. This food truck is a delightful find for coal-fired pizza enthusiasts. The wings and the apple fried calzone were mouth-wateringly delicious. It seems impossible to make a wrong choice from the menu.
We ordered 5 different pizzas, wings, & cheese bread! Every single thing was delicious!! The wait wasn't long & because it was Halloween, I even had a yummy adult treat (jello shot)! His vibe was awesome & you could tell he loves what he does! He grew some of the ingredients himself & they were so fresh!
Absolutely love Essential’s pizza! This is now our go-to local pizza! Both the Margherita and the meat lovers are top-notch; highly recommend!
