I had Ellay Pizza cater my mom's retirement party and I am so glad I did. They took care of everything. They show up early to prepare and set up. They brought a portable woodfire oven and made the pizzas during the party.

I just had Ellay Pizza cater a birthday party and it was terrific. I asked if they could create a premium pizza and they offered to do Mortadella with burrata and pistachios. It was absolutely incredible. It was so different and creamy. It was just delicious. We also had chicken pesto, cheese pizza, and a veggie pizza.
