This was our family's first time eating at DAN APIZZ' MAN. We managed to get there at a perfect time before it became crowded on a Friday evening. Our first attempt the pizzas were sold out. The atmosphere is fun with live entertainment and a brewery near the Sun King.
We had the pleasure of meeting Dan and his crew at Sun King Brewery in Sarasota. After talking to him, he said they make their pizza from Italian flower and all natural ingredients. And let me tell you, you can definitely tell. It’s probably the best pizza I’ve had in Sarasota and they sell out FAST.
First timer!! Amazing pizza!! I knew it was going to be good when he said the pizza is well done it’s not burnt. That’s how you eat a true apizz. Dan is the real deal and you can tell he really cares about his craft and his customers. Only negative is I now have to add this to my monthly budget 🤣🤣🤣 see you next weeks!!
On vacation in Bradenton with my wife and two kids, I did what any self-respecting pizza lover would do and searched for New Haven-style pizza. That search led me to Dan’s APIZZ Man. I’ll admit, I was skeptical. I’m a bit of a pizza snob and I’ve actually been to New Haven more than once.
