From the reviews
Chef's Garden was the perfect choice for our wedding caterer! We compared quite a few options in the Jacksonville area and are so happy we went with Chef's Garden. The quality of the food and service was absolutely wonderful, and Elizabeth and her team made the entire planning process extremely smooth.
We had Chef’s cater our wedding a few weeks ago.For the most part the food was delicious! There’s great variety in their menu for appetizers and entrees! Everything was on point during our tasting but a few things fell short on the day of. The broccoli was overcooked (you know that dull, brownish color) and salty.
Absolutely one of the best parts of our entire wedding! We kept getting so many compliments on the food at our wedding and the service was SUPERB! We were happily greeted by every single staff member at our wedding and they set everything up perfectly with no hiccups.
We had Chefs Garden cater my husbands 40th birthday and it was AMAZING!! All of our guests raved about the food, the staff was so helpful and friendly and although I didn’t take the best pictures because I was stuffing my face the entire time :) the setup was classy and perfect for our event.
Booking Chef's Garden Catering & Events for a wedding
Weddings come up for Chef's Garden Catering & Events — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: everyone gets hungry at once after the ceremony, then the oven settles into a steady flow of pies until the dance floor takes over. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the pizza math: caterers typically plan on roughly one 12-inch pizza for every two to three adults, and per-person packages usually already bake that in — just be honest about your headcount, including kids and vendors. Second, the serving rate: a mobile oven cooks pies a couple at a time, so ask how many ovens and cooks they bring at your guest count and how long full service takes — that's the difference between a steady buffet and a hungry line during toasts. If anyone at the table is gluten-free or vegan, say so at the first email so the right dough travels with them.

Corporate events with Chef's Garden Catering & Events
Reviews and the caterer's own materials mention corporate events at Chef's Garden Catering & Events — office lunches, holiday parties, launches, client appreciation days. For office events, three things are worth settling on the first call: whether they carry the liability insurance your building or venue requires (and can add it as additional insured), how they handle dietary counts — gluten-free and vegan orders multiply fast on an office RSVP — and how invoicing works if your company needs a W-9 and net-30 terms.
