Amazing east coast style char pizza with a personal twist from the owner! You can find this amazing food truck outside of Renegade Brewery on Saturdays. The Diavolo pizza was absolutely amazing! I love that the owner has dried oregano hanging to garnish.
I have eaten a ton of pizza in my lifetime - nyc, Naples, New Haven, Sicily - and Char holds a spot amongst the heavyweights. Marc is one, If not, the best pizzaiolo in all of Colorado and his artistry and passion for the craft is unmatched.
I had pizza from Char fired last night at Cerebral Brewery off colfax and Madison. It was AMAZING. I tried the Diavola, and am going back Sunday to taste more! Highly recommend. Owner/chef as I understand is on the road soon so he will only be there. I think the next couple weekends, but check out the website.
This pizza was amazing. The crushed tomatoes were flavorful and delicate. Every detail was lovely, down to the fresh oregano. Impeccable, friendly service and clean and aesthetically pleasing truck. We’re excited to become return customers so we can try everything on the menu.
