Cane Rosso makes authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, and they are great! We had a group of 30 for lunch on Sunday at Cane Rosso. There is a private dining room with a large screen TV (for Cowboy die hard fans). The house salad and pizza were great, and the service was excellent and fast!
Really good pizza done right. I liked everything about it but if I had to nit pick, the crust was not firm in the center of the pie. That makes this a fork and knife pizza. That isn't necessarily a bad thing but I prefer to eat pizza with my hands.
Yes, there's buzz and yes their locations tend to be busy, and they absolutely deserve it. We had a small group dinner and chose some outdoor seating. My only issue with the outdoor is if there's no breeze, prepare to sweat on an above average heat evening. Besides that, just go try the food.
Loved this place, definitely gonna come back. Despite it being a little difficult to eat, their version of Neapolitan style pizza is probably the best I’ve had. I can’t speak to its authenticity but it’s definitely worth it. They allowed me to customize the pizza as well which was nice.
