We hired Bird’s Nest Italian Street Food truck for our daughter’s college graduation party this weekend. It couldn’t have been any better! We had food for 63 people served right in our driveway. Working with Michael was a cinch. We exchanged some emails and booked a deposit easily online.
Great food, better service. Our company held a large event last May and we are so grateful to Michael and the Birds Nest crew for making it a success. From the start the owner was very responsive, very accommodating to our requests/needs and communicative with some changes we had through the planning process.
We wanted something fun and different that captured our taste on our wedding night. We decided to have Bird's Nest Italian Street Food truck come to our wedding reception for a late night snack. They were amazing! We offered chicken parmesan sliders, fried manicotti, garlic parmesan fries and more.
I absolutely love their food any time we go to a food truck festival we have great experiences. However I called before asking if the address that is listed on Google is their correct address. My fiance and I went to go there and they weren't anywhere to be found. It says that they are open too.
