Booking basics
Pizza caterers book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want full catering or an oven drop-off. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
Bahler Street was an absolute hit at our wedding! From the moment we booked them, they were so easy to work with—and on the day of, they totally delivered. Their pizza truck added such a fun and unique touch to the evening, and guests loved the vibe.
Had the Sleepy Hallow pizza tonight and seriously best pizza I’ve ever had! The crust has the most delicious texture, if you’ve ever had like those Brazilian bread rolls, the crust texture and flavor was similar, I could happily eat just the crust.
Bahler Street catered my wedding in April 2023 and I could not have asked for a better experience. They communicated well before the day and then handling everything seamlessly day of. The pizza was delicious and they catered to all food allergies. We had about 100 people at the wedding and everyone was fed quickly.
I hired Bahler Street to cater my wedding and it was great! My guests absolutely loved the different flavors and the experience of watching them fire up the pizzas. The truck is also really nice itself, it isn't a greasy food truck like you might expect elsewhere.
Booking Bahler Street Pizza Mobile Catering for a wedding
Weddings come up for Bahler Street Pizza Mobile Catering — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: everyone gets hungry at once after the ceremony, then the oven settles into a steady flow of pies until the dance floor takes over. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the pizza math: caterers typically plan on roughly one 12-inch pizza for every two to three adults, and per-person packages usually already bake that in — just be honest about your headcount, including kids and vendors. Second, the serving rate: a mobile oven cooks pies a couple at a time, so ask how many ovens and cooks they bring at your guest count and how long full service takes — that's the difference between a steady buffet and a hungry line during toasts. If anyone at the table is gluten-free or vegan, say so at the first email so the right dough travels with them.
