Ingredients are fresh and wood oven gives it an authentic taste as when I was in Italy. Pietro is an amazing pizzaiolo and clearly the love and passion comes out!
As an Italian visiting Chicago and Brookfield I was surprised with the taste of this pizza which is excellent and felt like I was at home .well done Pietro ❤️🇮🇹🍕
